      1. What is the shipping cost?

      2. What is the shipping time?

          The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging which takes 2-3 days.
  • Shipping Time: Express shipping is available which takes 3-5 business days only. More details please check by Shipping Policy.

      3. Do you ship worldwide?

           At present, the free shipping will be offered if your order amount is more than 50USD which is from USA, Canada, UK, Spain, France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Singapore. And please contact us derectly if your country is not existing on above list.

      4. How do I track my package?

          You could track your parcel by the confirmation email.

PAYMENT & ORDERING

      1.  What is the payment terms?

      2. My payment was declined, why?

          Reasons as below if your credit card is declined:

  • The card without funds;
  • The wrong CSV security code you entered;
  • The card is expired;
  • The wrong billing information you entered;
  • The card does not allow for internet shopping,etc.

          In any event, by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

          Solutions: Try a different card or try using Paypal as your checkout method.

     3. How do I cancel my order?

         Only unshipped orders can be cancelled.You could cancel the order by email or telephone. Refund will be issueed accordingly if card is charged.
